Twitter has announced yesterday a new feature that allows tweeting with your voice. To begin, open the Tweet composer then tap the new icon with wavelength. You’ll see your profile photo with the record button at the base – tap to record. You simply need to tap the record button to begin and share the voice tweet with your followers.
The maximum length of a voice note recorded is 140 seconds. In the event it surpasses that limit, another voice note begins recording then a thread of such voice notes is made. When you’re done, tap the Done button to end your recording and return to the composer screen to tweet. Tweets have a maximum of 280 characters in the event that it surpasses that limit, a thread is made.
