Glo introduces 11k per second tariffs for calls to all network

Grandmasters of data, Globacom has introduced a new tariff plan to give its subscribers additional talk time to call family, friends and business associates to all network in Nigeria. Globacom has given customers the oppotunity to enjoy local calls at the flat rate of 11 kobo per second.

According to statement from Globacom in Lagos on monday, existing and new prepaid customers are eligible to subscribe for the new tariff plan. Glo customers who wish to subscribe to the new tariff plan, should dial *311# to automatically migrate to the Glo 11k per second plan.

Glo Subscribers on the new tariff plan will be billed at 11 kobo per second (exclusive of tax) for calls to any network in Nigeria for the rest of the day after paying the access fee of N7. This fee is billed together with the first call of the day. Customers won’t have to pay access fee of N7 if they don’t make any call but only receive calls throughout the day. Other amazing package offered includes data of 1GB for 300 naira.

Furthermore the telecommunications company said that “It is our desire to continually delight our customers with innovative products and services at the most competitive rates in the country. This new tariff plan is another manifestation of that burning desire to add value to the lives of our customers and make it more convenient and affordable to communicate with one another,”

It added that, existing rates for SMS and international calls remain the same as customers on the new tariff plan will pay the standard SMS and IDD tariff. Subscribers can also purchase any IDD pack of their choice to enjoy a better international call rate on the Glo network.
